Lydia Joy

I am a singer/songwriter who loves worshiping God and catching His heart for people, Catching His heart for this nation and catching His heart for the lost. I would see myself as a caring, funny (well I try), quite laid back person. My dream is to play music for a living, to write songs out of a lifestyle that glorifies God and that He can speak through, to worship God as a lifestyle. My passion is to see hope reach the deepest darkest places of this broken world, to see Jesus shine through these places bringing restoration, love, peace and purification...and much more.  God has placed on my heart a desire to see young girls inparticular find their place in Gods Kingdom and realise how precious their purity is and to realise their Daughtership in the Father. There are so many broken people that don't know any better about what they are doing or even why they are doing it. Gods heart is for them to come to Him!!

I spent 9 months in Kenosha, Wisconsin in America at a worship school. This was the most significant 9 months of my life. I found my own faith out there and caught their passion for true worship. I learnt a lot about myself, changed a lot, made a few really tough decisions, but I would never exchange it for the world. I found the reason for being, to know God, and to show others how they can know God too. I have a passion to see the Church awakened from it's sleepy state, from it's religiosity, and it's self-centredness, and become the pure and spotless bride that we're meant to be.
