“Rob Joy is a living testimony of the transforming power of the gospel. When I first met him he was a fearful, anxious drug-addict, with a history of violent crime. You could see it in his troubled face. But how that has changed! It was my privilege to walk with him in the early days, as he took hold of God’s lifeline and developed an infectious passion for Jesus Christ and His ways, breaking free from the chains of his past. There was sacrifice and struggle, pain and difficulty, but Rob’s determination constantly drove him on.
Today, Rob is a dynamic messenger of hope, able to impart life and healing and inspire change. He knows it’s all by God’s grace, and because of that I believe there are no limits to all God can do with and through him. It is without hesitation that I commend Rob and recommend him to you. Rob has established himself in the victory of Christ and has set his heart on extending this to as many others as he can. Fuelled with the fire of God and utterly dissatisfied with the mediocre, you can expect exciting things to happen around him. I believe Rob is ready to blaze a great trail through the kingdom of darkness, rescuing, liberating and empowering countless desperate, imprisoned souls along the way – for God’s glory”

Many years have passed to my blessed knowing of Gods grace and wonders. My name is Bishop Isaac Stone, the Bishop of " Fan the Flanes Ministries" risen since 1991. Fan the Flames Ministry head office resides in Hertfordshire and also has a sister ministry in Jamaica, West Indies.
As the Bishop of FTFM I have grown from a young Christian to a Pastor, thereafter by Gods mighty grace into a Bishop.
As a true friend and supporter of Rob Joy today I can honestly say I have seen miraculous and Godly changes in this blessed young man. Rob Joy was once a person of a treacherous and unapproachable nature to society. But prayer and fasting for him over the years enabled God to apprehend him from his wretched ways and drugs so mightily that it influenced this young man towards our young generation today.
His ministry "Storming the Nations" has affectively touched many people to the honour of God.
If ever you meet Rob Joy or read his blessed words of wisdom, im sure you will experience the true essence and power of God fired up from this young man.
I emphatically encourage young and old people to hear and support Rob Joys ministry where possible to see how great and true God has been using him as a mighty vessel.
Bishop Isaac Stone.
The first time I met Rob was soon after his second bout in prison. Angry, riddled with drugs and freaked out by frequent hallucinations. We talked about his need for God, but he didn’t want to know. In spite of this I remember thinking to myself that one day he would be used by God in significant ways. Two years later I received a text telling me that Rob had decided to give his life to Jesus. It was a pretty special moment!
Following this decision I got to know Rob very well. Walking through the ups and downs, coming to the reality of leaving his former life behind. Through all of this (if you want the details read his book) two things stood out to me; his unquestionable passion for God and the compelling urge to see multitudes encounter Jesus.
When I came home from work Rob would be in the house with worship music blasting out. In the evenings we would be praying. Later after his move to Newcastle he would call me up saying he has done another “all nighter” in Sunderland’s House of Prayer. A year after his salvation I asked him if my facts were right, was it 50 people saved during that time? He laughed and said it was more like 150!
I say all this to commend Rob and the way he approaches life. He has a great love for people, whoever they may be. He has an unquestionable boldness of faith. He is an inspirational speaker. But above all this, above all the lives he has impacted, above all the souls he has lead to Christ, his greatest value is walking with God, putting Him first in everything. I am very excited about this next phase of his life – I know you will be impacted.
